Tullamore was once again the host venue for Day 3 of the National Juvenile T&F

across distance, hurdles and jumps. Sinead Fitzpatrick had an outstanding run in the Girls

final lap to finish with 6 seconds to spare over her competitors. Zoe Dunne also produced a
medal winning performance when she finished 3rd in the U15 Girls 250m hurdles. Zoe
qualified in 2nd place in her heat and went 2 seconds quicker in the final to secure the bronze
medal. Our final medal on Saturday came from Rachel Ayers in the U19 Girls 1500m when
her 4:50 was good enough for 3rd place. Rachel has been in good form in recent weeks and
this medal is well deserved on her final juvenile championships. Cara English was just
outside the medal in the U17 Girls 300m hurdles. After qualifying through to the final, Cara
46.68 saw her finish 6th overall. She was back in action in the U17 Girls High Jump where she
