All Ireland Schools Cross Country, Tymon Park 9/3/24

Laura Ayers was our sole competitor in the All Ireland Schools Cross Country held in Tymon Park on Saturday 9th March. Laura has progressed from race to race throughout the schools cross country season and Saturday was no different. While it was wet and windy, Laura’s race was first across the course and underfoot conditions hadn’t cut up at this early stage. Laura was positioned very well throughout and ran home strongly to finish with a silver medal for 2nd place. Well done to Laura who has made great progress since returning from injury late last year.
